Orders will be processed and despatched within 24-48 hours of being placed, with the exceptions of weekends, public holidays, personal holidays and very busy periods, such as after sales.

Please give a minimum of 4 hours notice if you are picking up your order and select 'Pick Up' in the checkout process. You will be sent an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

We send all our orders via Australia Post using their satchels and boxes up to 5kgs.

I will fit your order in the smallest possible satchel or box and any excess postage charged on your invoice will be refunded as part of processing your order. 

You will only ever pay for postage only - no handling or packaging fees.  

Unfortunately Aus Post has increased their prices from 1 July 2023 with the new rates listed below for standard domestic postage under 5kgs.

All orders come with tracking so you know when your order will arrive and you can start creating! Check your email or login to your Meisha Mosaics account and you'll find your tracking number attached to your order. .

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that you are not 100% satisfied with, please return unused within 30 days for a full item refund of the purchase price. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
